Dr. Allison Salvino DMin., BCC-MH-WVH; Mediator
Thank you for visiting this page. You may find my credentials page helpful if you are looking for my education and work experience. In this section, I will share about what drives me to mediation and coaching as a career.

I truly enjoy mediation and coaching. It is my niche in this world. There are some people who are naturally "math" people, and they enjoy working with numbers. That is who they are, and while I can learn math at various levels I am glad when I do not have to do math. My brain is a problem-solving brain, when it comes to people - I love to think about problems, engage high conflict situations and help parties come to an agreeable solution. The more complex the problem is, and the higher the risk, the more engaged I am - for extended periods of time.

My education and work experience provide you with a window into my high drive for success and achievement. In addition to drive, I have empathy and compassion for clients who are in those difficult and often life-changing and high-conflict situations. My ability to engage high conflict environments and guide parties along for conflict resolution is what brings me professional meaning and purpose. So, I love what I do and I am serious about doing my best to set clients up for success.

I like to think that the couples coaching services that I offer is where my passion and purpose has a place to help others be successful and not need divorce mediation down the road. And, where parenting-time coaching helps children and animals stay a priority for parties who are divorcing. I offer coaching that is connection-focused and legacy minded. My coaching sessions are designed to help clients become more aware of their whole self and how the intersection of self and others contributes to or inhibits life satisfaction. My approach focuses on meaning-making for creating a positive impact that lasts beyond coaching sessions.

When I am not working, you can find me outdoors playing in the mountains - on foot, in the water, or 4x4 wheeling. I love Colorado, and I am thankful for the ability to feel refreshed and ready to get back to work after a weekend outdoors.

I hope that you will check out my credentials page. I have worked very hard to offer my clients solid and reliable services.
I hope to see you soon!
