Connection-Focused Coupes Coaching

Navigating through life with a partner adds a measure of responsibility and connection that is quite different, and often more challenging, than being on your own. How is that for stating the obvious! Couples fall in love and realize that they truly are better together. This is wonderful. Unfortunately, life and relationships can become hard to navigate - leaving couples struggling with confusion, emotional pain, and a measure of hopeless. Couples get lost and often want to find their way back to one another, but they travel further away instead of closer to their lover.  

We can feel empowered and like the world is quite doable when our intimate relationships are going well. Life can seem radiant, hopeful, safe to explore, and full of welcomed opportunities for growth. The catch is that no couple gets to ride the highs of love all of the time. Life is lived on the rollercoaster of ups and downs while entering corners and loops at different speeds. The ride with your partner can be side-by-side with both of you in the same cart sharing relationship power, navigating together, and holding hands. It can look like both of you in the same cart fighting and missing the fun. It can also look like both of you in your own carts on different rollercoaster tracks flying past one another. 

 

Synergy Coaching  will provide coaching that aims to help you get back to being better together. Your individual couples coaching sessions will attempt to move at a pace that you are comfortable with, and we will keep your relationship goals in sight as we journey together. My goal is to bring an element of wisdom and understanding to you in practical ways that can be applied to daily life. I will work to help you create new values-based paths and actions for living the life that you want to live "together."
