Individual Life Coaching

Synergy Coaching LLC offers life coaching that is connection-focused. We will work together to identify areas of strength that are working well for you and explore whether increasing inner resources and skills in those areas would be helpful for you. We will also think creatively together and identify challenges that inhibit you from reaching your goals and flourishing in all areas of life. Our coaching sessions will aim to help you become more aware of your whole self and how the intersection of self and others contributes to, or inhibits, your life satisfaction.

Coaching sessions aim to move at a pace that is helpful to support your goals and in which you are comfortable. My goal in coaching sessions is to bring an element of wisdom and understanding to you in practical ways that can be applied to daily life. I will work to help you create new paths and actions plans for living the life that you want to live.
